Customised & Personalised Items All customised and personalised items (including embroidered initials, monograms, and made-to-order pieces) are non-returnable and non-refundable. As these items are made specifically to your personal specifications, they are exempt from the EU right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive.

Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order, as we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds due to errors in the information you provided.

Non-Customised Items For any standard (non-personalised) items, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at hello.le.edition@gmail.com within the 14-day window.

Return shipping costs for non-customised items are at your expense.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it promptly.
